Air and Moisture Management Products for Exterior Wall Assemblies

The construction of air and moisture resistant exterior wall assemblies involves multiple trades, dozens of construction material combinations and endless attention to detail.  Seldom do the trades involved with that construction have the products and or training needed to execute the work effectively.

We at PACC Systems LLC have set out to change that!  We have a core belief that the design community needs a comprehensive array of products that are part specific, for the management of air and moisture in exterior wall assemblies.  We further believe that when given parts to install vs. given material that needs to be made into parts, the construction trade will meet the designers’ installation expectations for workmanship and execution.

In 2001 we began the design of and testing for parts used in the construction of air tight and water resistant walls.  This website presents our product line and is classified into three Categories and a Supplement. Category One addresses Through Wall Flashings, Wall Penetration Flashings and Flexible Pan Flashings, Category Two addresses Movement Joints and Cavity Compartments between wall sections and Movement Joints around windows and doors, Category Three addresses Pressure Equalized Rain Screen and Rain Screen walls with the accessories necessary to construct them properly, and the Supplement is a quick reference for flashing applications.  

A diligent effort is made to use as many recycled raw materials as possible in the production of our products and to recycle the scrap from our production processes.  Our raw material quality is never compromised just to say our product is green.  Our products add life to the structure by protecting it from moisture.  They reduce heating and cooling loads by keeping the backing wall dry and by restricting air movement through the backing wall.  If Building Green is about building with the future in mind, then we are Green because we have our planet and your structures future in mind.
